Our Site and Community are created and maintained via ContentCreator, whose company uses GoHighLevel to provide Services made available to you. For data they may automatically collect outside of what we have already mentioned here, please see their respective privacy policies. Note that the data we collect from you is stored on servers they use to provide the aforementioned Services.

3.1.            Children under 13

The Company does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

AS SUCH, IF YOU ARE UNDER THIRTEEN (13) YEARS OLD, THE COMPANY REQUESTS THAT YOU NOT SUBMIT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THE SITE OR TO THE COMPANY.

If the Company discovers that a child under 13 has signed up on the Site or provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete that child’s account and identifiable information from our records.

We request that adult Users over the age of 18 who access the Community and Services provide the quantity and relative age(s) of their child(ren) so that we can ensure that the Services provided are current, relevant, and useful to Users. When requesting this information, we ask that the name, date of birth, and other sensitive demographic data about children NOT be provided. If such information is discovered, it will be deleted.

8.                  Community Areas

Users of the Site are solely responsible for the content of messages they post on Company forums, such as chat rooms and bulletin boards. Users should be aware that when they voluntarily disclose personal information (e.g., name, email address, phone number) on the bulletin boards or in the chat areas, that information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from a third-party individual or entity. You are responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these instances. Please take care when using these features.

9.                  Account Deletion

Account deletion is available upon request and will only be granted after approval, subject to identity verification. Minimal data retention may be required to enforce our Community rules violation policy. See “Community Rule Violations” on our Payment Authorization Terms & Conditions page for details.

Account deletion is permanent after two (2) months have passed from the time we initiate the Account deletion process, which is a stipulation of our service provider. Account deletion, when finalized, results in irreversible loss of access, content, and data associated with your membership.

10.              Disclosure for Legal Purposes

The Company may disclose User information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference (either intentionally or unintentionally) with the Company’s rights or property, other Users of the Site, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.

11.              User Communication Choice/Opt-Out:

The Site may provide you the opportunity to opt-in to receive communications from us at the point where we request information about you. You always have the option of removing your name from any email list in order to discontinue any such future communications. In order to ensure immediate removal from any list, please follow the specific instructions set forth within the communications you no longer wish to receive from the Company.
